What We Do
Agency Engine is a SaaS CRM platform purpose-built for insurance producers and agencies. Insurance agents use Agency Engine to manage contacts, track deals through a sales pipeline, communicate with clients via phone, SMS, email, and video, and run lead generation funnels.
The platform includes an AI assistant called Ace that helps agents with sales coaching, compliance checking, follow-up automation, and prospectus generation. Ace is designed to do the operational work so that the producer can focus on serving clients — drafting communications, coaching on technique, checking every outbound message for regulatory compliance, and building presentation materials.
Who We Serve
Our customers are licensed insurance agents and agency owners across the United States. They sell products including life insurance (indexed universal life, whole life, term), Medicare supplements, final expense, annuities, and property & casualty.
Our platform is designed for independent agents and IMOs (Independent Marketing Organizations) of all sizes — from solo producers managing their own book of business to agencies with 50 or more agents. Agents use Agency Engine to run their practice end-to-end, from first lead contact through policy issuance, renewal management, and commission tracking.
How Our Platform Works
Agency Engine provides a complete operating system for an insurance producer's business:
- Agents capture leads through customizable landing pages (lead funnels) hosted on their own subdomain or custom domain, or import leads from third-party vendors via webhook or email ingest.
- Leads flow into a CRM with a 10-stage sales pipeline, full contact history, activity tracking, and deal management from initial contact through policy issuance.
- Ace AI assists with drafting communications, coaching agents on sales technique using a question-based approach, and running a compliance check on every outbound message before it is sent.
- A built-in phone system handles outbound and inbound calling, SMS messaging, and voicemail drop. Video meetings, email, and a calendar booking system are also integrated directly in the platform.
- Agents track policies from application submission through underwriting approval to active status, with payment tracking and renewal date management.
- Commission tracking and renewal management give agents visibility into their book of business across multiple carriers.
Advertising Integration
Agency Engine supports advertising conversion tracking integrations with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). These integrations help agents measure the real-world results of their ad spend — not just clicks, but actual clients.
Google Ads Integration
- Agents connect their own Google Ads accounts to Agency Engine through a standard OAuth 2.0 flow. We do not run ads on behalf of agents — each agent manages their own Google Ads account independently.
- When a prospect clicks a Google Ad and visits an agent's lead page, Agency Engine captures the Google Click ID (gclid) associated with that visit.
- As the agent works the lead through their pipeline — from initial contact, to appointment set, to application submitted, to policy sold — each milestone can be uploaded as an offline conversion event to the agent's Google Ads account.
- This offline conversion reporting allows the agent's Google Ads campaigns to optimize toward outcomes that actually matter (issued policies, not just form fills), making their ad spend more efficient over time.
- All API calls to the Google Ads API are made server-to-server. Access tokens are never exposed to the client browser. Agents can disconnect their Google Ads account at any time from the platform settings.
- Our Google Ads MCC ID is 756-676-0211.
Meta Conversions API Integration
We support the same offline conversion model for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising through the Meta Conversions API. Agents connect their own Meta Business accounts and ad accounts. Agency Engine sends conversion events server-to-server to Meta when pipeline milestones are reached, enabling more accurate attribution and campaign optimization.
Data Security & Privacy
We take the security and privacy of agent and client data seriously:
- All OAuth tokens (Google Ads, Google Calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Meta) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database.
- Access tokens are refreshed server-side on a regular schedule and are never exposed to the client browser.
- All API calls to Google Ads and Meta are made server-to-server from our secure backend infrastructure.
- We request only the minimum OAuth scopes required for each integration. For Google Ads, we request only
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. - Our database uses row-level security to enforce strict data isolation between agencies — one agency's data is never accessible to another.
- Agents can disconnect any connected account (Google Ads, Meta, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar) at any time from the Settings page, which immediately revokes our access.
- All communications (calls, SMS, email) are logged for a minimum of seven years to meet insurance industry audit and compliance requirements, consistent with TCPA recordkeeping standards.
